UNILAG Post UTME Screening Form
NB: The University of Lagos (UNILAG) is starting its post-UTME screening for the 2024/2025 session. Apply if you scored 200+ in UTME. Registration ends 23rd Aug. Check details for eligibility and test dates.
The University of Lagos (UNILAG) post-UTME screening invites students eager to join one of Nigeria’s top universities to participate in the upcoming admission process.

Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the UNILAG post-UTME online screening, candidates must:
- Choose the University of Lagos as their first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME.
- Score 200 or above in the UTME.
- Have five (5) credit passes in relevant O-level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in one sitting.
- Be at least sixteen (16) years of age by 31st October 2024.
Candidates must upload their O-Level results on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) by 9th September 2024. Failure to participate in the Post-UTME online aptitude test will result in disqualification from admission consideration.
Former students whose admissions were withdrawn due to poor performance may reapply but must choose a different course. Expelled students are not eligible for re-admission.

UNILAG Post UTME Application Details
The post-UTME screening fee is N2,000. Eligible candidates should complete the application by following these steps:
- Visit the University of Lagos website.
- Click on Admissions.
- Select Post-UTME Application.
- Log in using the UTME application number as the username and surname in lowercase as the password.
- Generate and print the payment advice.
- Pay at any commercial bank or pay online.
- Return to the portal to complete the screening form.
- Print the Post-UTME Examination Pass.
Online Aptitude Test
The post-UTME online aptitude test will take place from Monday, 2nd September to Friday, 6th September 2024. Candidates must complete this test as part of the admission process.
Here are important instructions to follow for your online test:
- Online Test: This is a competitive online test. Ensure a reliable internet connection before starting.
- Monitoring: Activities during the test will be monitored. A device with a webcam and microphone is required (mobile phones are not supported).
- Webcam Usage: Do not cover the webcam at any time during the test. The inability to see the candidate may lead to disqualification.
- Remain in Position: Candidates must remain in their position throughout the test. Prepare adequately before beginning.
- Stay on Test Tab: Switching to another tab or application during the test is not allowed and may result in disqualification.
- No Visitors: No one should be present near the candidate during the test. The presence of others may lead to disqualification.
- Test Duration: The test lasts 30 minutes. Time starts immediately when the start button is clicked and continues even if logged out.
- Silence: Speaking or reading questions aloud during the test may lead to disqualification.
- Automatic Submission: The test will automatically submit if time runs out.
- Prohibited Items: Use of face masks, caps, earphones, or headphones during the test is not allowed.
- Scheduled Login: Logging in is only permitted on the scheduled date and time.
- Report Issues: Use the “Make Complaints” button on the test page to report any issues. Report immediately to avoid delays in resolution.
Directions to Take the Examination
- Start the Exam: Access the exam by clicking “Click Here To Take Exam” at the bottom of this email or login at https://unilag.webtest.ng using the UTME number as the username and surname in lowercase as the password.
- Steps to Follow:
- Install the examination browser (skip if already installed).
- Download the unique examination configuration.
- Launch the configuration file to start the exam and click Enter to begin.
Optional Mock Examination
- Practice Test: An optional mock examination will be held from 24th August to 1st September 2024. This allows candidates to familiarise themselves with the examination platform.
- Fee: The mock examination costs N2,000. Payment can be made online or at any commercial bank in Nigeria.

Note: The examination browser is compatible only with Windows OS. MAC OS is not supported.
