  • Ph.D. in Nursing from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience.
  • Scholarly publications in high-impact journals.
  • Experience in grantsmanship and postgraduate supervision.
  • Administrative experience and mentorship skills.
• Reader (Associate Professor) (CONUASS 6):
  • Ph.D. in Nursing from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience.
  • Scholarly publications in high-impact journals.
  • Experience in grantsmanship and postgraduate supervision.
  • Administrative experience.
• Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 5):
  • Ph.D. in Nursing from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience.
  • Scholarly publications in high-impact journals.
